Car Show

We went to the auto show a few weeks ago. They had a fun activity for the little kids where they got to drive the jeep. Sophie loved this, she did it twice.

Children's museum & Basement finish

This month I bought a 6 month family pass to the Salt Lake Children's discovery museum downtown, Sophie has a lot of fun there. They have a little grocery market and house that the kids can role play in, as well as some fun ball displays.

We are almost done with our basement. We added a bathroom and living room. In the bathroom we added a steam unit to the shower. Needless to say I'll be hanging out in there every night this winter! It is so nice and warm. Here are a few pictures of the living room. I still need to take some of the bath and will get those on later.

Christmas

We had a fun Christmas morning. Sophie came down clutching her angry bird pillow we won at Dad & Sheryl's the night before. It's funny she really likes this pillow, she doesn't really know what angry birds is. Go figure...


















I had some candy canes sticking out of her stocking and she hung them on the tree, anytime we got candy canes from neighbor gifts, etc. she always takes them and puts them on the tree.































































This year I bought some Crackers to put in the stockings because lets face it, I want to be Euro... they were a fun addition. Everyone got a crown and a little toy in each cracker

December Happenings

December's been a busy month. Right after we got back from vacation we had lots of family Christmas parties to attend as well as wrapping up the basement project and moving everything in the whole house preparing for new carpet. I'll try to update as soon as I can, there are lots of pictures to sort through.

The day before we left to Hawaii, Sophie had her school Christmas program. Here are a few pictures and video of one of the songs they did. It was way cute!
