Sophie's Friend

This is a cute picture of Sophie and her best friend Max. He lives next to us and they play several times a week. This year they were both dragons for Halloween and wore their costumes in the weeks before Halloween to play in. She's getting quite the little group of friends to play with, most which are boys cause they will play cars with her. It's fun to have friends.

Farm

A few weeks ago we met Wendy & Van up at the Farm near Wendy's house. Soph had a blast sliding down the hay slides and riding the tractor train and it was still warm out which was nice. Here are some pictures Wendy took as I left my camera in the car.

Halloween Fun

Monday night we carved our pumpkins. Lily hung out with us too. Chris got out the power tools and we were done in 15 minutes, my kind of pumpkin carving.

Tuesday morning in our PJ's

Wednesday trick or treating. Sophie picked out this dragon costume by herself earlier this month and has been wearing it all month. Her best friend Max was also a dragon which I think had some influence on her decision. She also got to go trick or treating with Max and our neighbor friends and came home with way too much candy. I also bought 1 large costco bag of candy to pass out and ended up with 3/4 of it leftover as we didn't get many trick or treaters on our street. On his way home from work Chris bought 2 more bags of candy because he didn't think my 1 bag was enough. And Sophie came home with a bag of candy from her school party, not to mention the Saturday night trunk or treating at the neighborhood center. So now there is way to much candy laying around our house.  Way to much...
