St. George Con't
Last weekend we spent a few days in St. George hanging out with my Dad, Sheryl, Wendy and Val. We went to the parade of homes, swam at the pool and hung out. Here are some pictures of Sophie sporting her new swimsuit after going to the pool. She likes to get in the water but would rather sit on the steps in shallow water and splash.

From Cesky Krumlov we drove 4 hours to Insbruck but as we were passing Salzburg in the afternoon, we decided to make a stop for a few hours:
Salzburg

We had spent all afternoon and evening in Salzburg. We love Salzburg, it was Chris and I's 3rd time there and it never gets old. We both commented we could easily live there, such a great city. We arrived in Innsbruck late at night. The next morning we took a few hours to check out Innsbruck before heading 1 hour south to Bolzano, Italy.
Sophie at the Golden Roof in Innsbruck

We also toured Max's tomb and cathedral but Chris posted pictures of that earlier so I'm not going to duplicate.
We got in to Bolzano in the afternoon and went to see the "IceMan" and walked around the main square.
Bolzano Cathedral

Bolzano Market

Next morning we headed up into the Italian Alps or the Dolomites, we rented bikes and rode around for a few hours taking in the views
Riding the gondola up to the Dolomites

Checking out the dolomites

"The Hills are alive!" oh wait that was Salzburg...

Our last day was spent in Munich, Sophie played in the Rezidenz gardens, we walked around Marienplatz and went to the transportation museum.

Prague
We had 4 nights and 3 full days in Prague, it was nice to stay in one place for a while and have a hotel close to everything so that I could take Sophie back to the hotel for naps.

Old town square

Near the old town they had a fun market selling wooden toys, art, treats, produce, etc. We of course got Sophie a few new wooden toys.

Our last day in Prague we toured the Jewish Quarter
One of the Synagogues

The Jewish Cemetary - For more then 300 years this was the only spot Jews were allowed to bury their dead, there are over 12,000 headstones all piled on top of each other.

Prague at night

From Prague we drove 2 hours south to a little town called Cesky Krumlov in the Czeck Republic. Here we just wandered the town and toured the castle.

And that was our 4 day tour of the Czeck Republic. Now on to Austria for a day...
