Disneyland

It's been a busy month. A week after the marathon, Sophie and I took off for LA where we met up with Kami, Sean and family for a few days at Disneyland! We flew into Longbeach on Saturday afternoon, Sophie was really good for me on the plane, we picked up our rental car and we headed to Newport beach where we stopped at Fashion Island Mall to get some lunch and hang out. They have some great outdoor spaces and fountains all over the mall which Sophie loved.








After the mall we then drove into Anaheim to check into our hotel. Kami and Sean got in later that night so Soph and I went over to Downtown Disney to look around and get dinner.

The next day we went with Kami, Sean and kiddos back to Newport beach.














After the beach we headed back to the hotel to swim and tried to get Sophie to nap. In the evening we went back to Downtown disney for dinner and checked out the stores. Soph loved the lego store.





Monday was our first day at Disneyland. Soph loved the characters but doesn't know their names so she called them all "Guys" She did pretty good on most of the rides, the ones that were dark inside not so much. Her favorite was the car driving one and the carousel.


























Our second day at Disney was spent at Disney California.











On Wednesday Soph and I flew home while Kami & Sean and kids stayed a few more days at Disney. We had lots of fun!
